The company based in Berlin was founded in 2005 and rebranded as ACREST Property Group in 2008. Thanks to a stringent focus on shopping centres, specialist retail centres and prime retail buildings in inner city locations, ACREST has developed into one of the letting companies for asset management and development of retail real estate in Germany.

Our highly qualified team of equally experienced and successful specialists follows a holistic approach for retail real estate on every single assignment – and in doing so feels the same passion for the retail asset category as the two managing partners, Stefan Zimmermann and Matthias Schmitz.
